We have identified the most popular Chromebooks that are near end of life and for now are focused on assisting educational institutions with parts for these models.
An OEM Pulled Part is a B or C Grade quality part pulled from a working device.
Orders may be placed using one of these methods:
  • Online by using our electronic checkout process. Please note that a hard copy purchase order will be required to process all orders.
  • Email by sending the purchase order to [email protected]
  • Fax by sending the purchase order to 888.991.4175.
  • Mail by sending the purchase order to Technology Resource Advisors, Inc., Attn: ChromeCare Parts Sales Team, 5403 North 118th Court, Milwaukee WI 53225.
Please include a Sales Tax Exempt certificate with your first purchase order.
Orders under $100 for delivery in the continental US will be subject to a $10 charge for ground shipment. Orders over $100 for delivery in the continental US will be shipped for free. All orders for next day delivery or expedited shipping will have cost calculated at checkout. All orders for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will have cost calculated at checkout.. Ground shipment orders will be shipped same business day or next business day once the purchase order is received. Next day delivery and expedited shipments have a 4pm CST cutoff and require that the purchase order is received by 4pm CST. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless specifically requested to use another carrier. Request to use another carrier may cause a delay in shipment. All purchase orders are subject to review for accuracy and validity.
All orders will have Net 30 payments terms from the invoice date. Orders are invoiced the day after shipment occurs. Partial shipments may be partial invoiced if necessary. View our Terms & Conditions.
If you are from a K-12 or Higher Educational institution in the United States and would like to pay with an institutional procurement card, please contact us at [email protected] Please note that a 3% charge will be added to all orders paid for with an institutional procurement card. Additional paperwork may be required to process procurement card orders.
At this time we are only offering OEM pulled parts for the models listed on this site. We may expand our available parts in the future.
All OEM pulled parts are extracted from fully functional devices utilizing a strict checklist specific to each individual model. All parts are inspected for cosmetic imperfections and mechanical integrity. We only list parts with minor wear for purchase on this site. The manufacturer’s proprietary suite of tests are run on all motherboards in order to verify the integrity of all components and peripherals.
We will accept returns for unopened items within 30 days of invoice date. A full refund or store credit will be provided for unopened items returned within that 30 day window. Client is responsible for return shipping unless an incorrect item was shipped. If an incorrect item was shipped, we will provide a shipping label. We will accept returns for opened parts within 30 days of invoice date as long as the item has not been used. A store credit will be provided for opened items returned within that 30 day window. Client is responsible for return shipping unless an incorrect item was shipped. If an incorrect item was shipped, we will provide a shipping label. Any return requests outside the 30 day window may be approved but will incur a 20% restocking fee. All return requests must be generated through the RMA form. View our Terms & Conditions.
We provide a one year warranty for hardware failure on all motherboards and other components. All other parts we offer are non-mechanical and fall under our standard return policy. All warranty claims must be generated through the RMA form. View our Terms & Conditions.
